Hospital & Nonprofit
Partners

Collaboration is at the heart of our mission.
We are deeply grateful to the hospitals, nonprofits, and organizations that partner with us to bring joy, creativity, and emotional support to medically vulnerable children. Their dedication helps us create meaningful experiences that uplift and inspire the children and families we serve.

We believe that every child deserves moments of joy, imagination, and connection — especially during challenging times.

Our mission is to provide creative programming and support to medically vulnerable children, and we achieve this through strong partnerships with hospitals and nonprofits across the country.

Every Community

&
Ensuring
Equity
in Access

In 2024–2025, approximately

75% of our hospital partners serve medically underserved and/or vulnerable patient populations,

according to U.S. Census and healthcare disparity data.

This reflects the fact that a large majority of our partner facilities care for children from low-income, uninsured, or medically disadvantaged backgrounds. Many are major children’s hospitals in urban centers, where roughly half of all patients are Medicaid beneficiaries.

By prioritizing these partnerships, A Moment of Magic ensures that our services, from character visits to play-based programs, reach children in traditionally underserved settings who might otherwise have limited access to enrichment and emotional support.

This focus on equitable access means that children facing the greatest hardships are never left out of “the magic.” Whether a child is in a bustling inner-city hospital or a small rural clinic, our goal is to make sure they feel seen, supported, and uplifted by joy and imagination. We believe every child deserves a moment of magic, and we are dedicated to expanding our reach into all communities to make that vision a reality.

Through our partnerships, collaborations, and innovative programs, we are advancing a more
equitable future by driving the shift toward a patient-centered healthcare system, where every child receives the care, support, and magic they deserve.

"You brought light back to my daughter's face. Thank you for what you do."
