MindArch Health and A Moment of Magic Announce Third-Year Partnership to Advance Mental Wellness for Pediatric Cancer Community

NEW YORK, NY – October 13, 2025 – MindArch Health, a leader in proactive mental health technology, and A Moment of Magic (AMoM), a nonprofit dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children with serious illnesses, today announced their renewed partnership for a third consecutive year. The collaboration will continue to utilize the MindArch Health Automation Pathway (MAP) software to assess and address the mental well-being of pediatric cancer patients and their families nationwide.
This partnership leverages AMoM's expertise in the pediatric cancer community with MindArch's data-driven technology to create a strategic, proactive approach to mental healthcare. The Express, Create, Heal (ECH) program, a core initiative of AMoM, aims to bridge the significant gap in mental health access for this population. It was founded to help children and families improve mental wellbeing through expressive arts in order to navigate the immense stress and potential trauma of a cancer diagnosis and treatment.

By collecting data on crucial psychological health factors, such as resilience and social support, and social determinants of health (SDOH), like housing instability and food insecurity, the program provides both individual clients and the organization with actionable insights.

A key aspect of this partnership is addressing common misconceptions about pediatric cancer. Contrary to popular belief, pediatric cancer is not rare, with over 300,000 children diagnosed worldwide each year and approximately 1 in 285 children diagnosed by the age of 20. Furthermore, the mental and physical impacts of the disease are not limited to the active treatment period. Even after a child is considered a "survivor," they may face ongoing mental health struggles, including the constant fear of the cancer's return, as well as social challenges, and body image difficulties.
Through this renewed collaboration, MindArch Health and A Moment of Magic aim to create a strong, supportive community that values mental health and enables children and their families to overcome adversity with precise tools for resilience.
